I, Lyn Valentine (seller),Three Heart Pets agree to sell a male/female on the following terms and conditions. Purchaser agrees to accept full responsibility for full care and expenses, including but not limited to all veterinary, medical, maintenance, shipping, training and general health care, as well as puppy actlons and exercise. Seller will not pay any medical or health care once puppy leaves sellers care and control.

When purchasing, payment in full is required (5) before shipping agreement date or (5)days before date of pick up of puppy whichever comes first. If a deposit or the payment is not received within (72 hours) ,of inquiry or agreement, unless special considerations are allowed by me, said dog again becomes available for sale.

A deposit of $150.00 is required to hold a puppy. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

If for some reason there is not a suitable puppy available or something happens to the agreed upon puppy seller will transfer the deposit to the next available litter. These deposits are essentially good faith deposits and are taken by seller in good faith in order to guarantee the purchaser a place on the sellers waiting list. The deposit guarantees that the pup will not be sold to any party other than the purchaser. The deposit taken shall be applied to the purchase amount. If a suitable puppy does not become available within 1 year of purchase agreement date the deposit will be refunded in full to purchaser.

Payment in full is required before (5) days prior to shipping date regardless of age. Shipping cost is normally included in my price for the dog/puppy to any airport in the USA., where pets are delivered by Continental Airline, if the shipping of your pet requires the service of a different airline, shipping costs can increase, but not more than an additional $100 maximum. Shipping cost includes airline ticket, veterinary health certificate, and airline secure approved pet kennel, a collar and leash, a toy (pup must be at least 8 weeks of age to be shipped!). as this is a regulation of the airlines and my personal belief.

Sellers Guarantee To Purchaser

1 This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of sellers knowledge, at the time of sale. Please have your vet check the puppy ASAP, for your peace of mind, and to validate the warranty. 96 hours maximum time allotted for this check to be performed, from the time it leaves my care and control.

2 This pup is guaranteed to be free of any genetic defects for a period of 1 year, NOTE, this does not include Congenital defects such as small hernias or other Non-Life-Threatening issues, If an issue arises a vet statement should be provided and upon being reviewed by our kennel veterinarian (and deemed to be legitimate) a replacement will be given. Replacement is the only option unless otherwise decided, at the sole discretion of the Seller. Puppy has had all age appropriate immunizations and de-wormings.

3 This puppy has been vet checked. Seller represents this puppy to be of good quality and sound temperament. But does NOT guarantee final color or size,.. Please be aware that stress from moving to a new home, change in diet and even water can trigger certain maladies. As does heat, teething and certain things the dog may find to eat (i.e., dirty raln water, trash, grass). All precautions have been taken by seller to insure that puppy will be in good health.

4 No other guarantee either expressed or implied exists between seller and purchaser.

Purchaser agrees not to place said puppy in a shelter for ANY reason. In the event the buyer can no longer keep the puppy he or she may try for resale, place or find the puppy a home themselves but in the event they cannot all we ask is that for NO reason they place the puppy in a shelter or rescue center! Before they do that, we ask that you return the puppy to us.

BUYER AGREES TO KEEP THE BREEDER INFORMED ON PUPPIES PROGRESS AND IF POSSIBLE SEND PHOTOS. IT IS APPRECIATED AND WE WOULD JUST WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW THEY ARE DOING.

The seller reserves the exclusive right to cancel this agreement before puppy is picked up and return all monies if for any reason whatsoever, seller determines that the sale of said puppy is not in the best interests of the puppy.

This agreement is designed to protect the seller and the purchaser and to also safeguard the puppy, the breed, and to not cause damage to the seller's reputation.
